YES! We do custom orders and we aim to please. If you see something you almost want we would love to hear your ideas. We can almost always find a way forward! Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Cheerable Creations accepts major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods available at checkout. All payments must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.

Sales Tax

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale invoices are due according to the payment terms listed on the invoice or agreed upon in writing.
Unless otherwise arranged:

production may not begin until payment is received
For larger custom or wholesale orders, a deposit may be required before production begins. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order may be delayed or canceled until payment is successfully completed.

Cheerable Creations reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.
